Clivet’s previous digital solution did not meet the needs of the modern user, as the website was solely focused on the B2B segment and failed to communicate with end users. The client had a clear need to develop a functional B2C website tailored to end users across five countries \u2013 Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Romania \u2013 with full language and content localization.<\/p>\n
An additional challenge was to build and expand Clivet\u2019s brand recognition in the regional market, as users were often more familiar with imported brands. It was essential to clearly communicate the benefits of Clivet\u2019s air conditioning and heat pump systems through structured, educational, and visually engaging content.<\/p>\n
Beyond website development, the challenges also included creating a consistent visual presence on social media, adapting content for advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, and establishing a reliable system for hosting, backups, and ongoing maintenance.<\/p>\n
