News from our creative lab! In collaboration with the Bonar School of Music, which organizes the Zagreb Guitar Festival and brings together classical guitar festivals across Europe through the Eurostrings project, we have created the Scorer application, an innovative online scoring system.<\/p>\n

Scorer – Modern and Fast Scoring System<\/span><\/p>\n

Scorer is a cloud and web based scoring platform with wide application to competitions of different profiles, which aims to provide fast and reliable scoring. Referees at various competitions can use this app on their smartphones and tablets to vote in real time. Result processing is instant, no matter how complicated the scoring system is.<\/p>\n

In designing of the concept, we’ve put the emphasis on simplicity of usage. Given the different user profiles the platform is intended for, simplicity is necessary for the functionality of the app. The user interface is visually clear. Depending on the specific needs, it is possible to show ratings for various stages of the competition, information about competitors, their performance and many additional features.<\/p>\n

At the time of writing this text, Scorer is in the pilot phase. To the satisfaction of all involved, it was successfully tested in the competition section of this year’s Zagreb Guitar Festival, and a few days later at the competition in sports dance. After the successful premiere, the next stage further development of the app, with the intention of gaining wide commercial usage in music, as well as other competitions.<\/p>\n

Continuing Cooperation with Bonar Music School and Zagreb Guitar Festival<\/span><\/h2>\n

Cooperation with\u00a0Zagreb Guitar Festival<\/a>\u00a0continued through\u00a0upgrading of the official website for this year’s edition of the festival. Last year we created visually attractive and modern websites for the Zagreb Guitar Festival and for the international platform of the classical guitar festival\u00a0Eurostrings<\/a>\u00a0and this year we created a way for ZGF to display the schedule of events on the page.<\/span><\/p>\n

The festival hosts competitions, workshops, concerts, Eurostrings conference and related events, which made it difficult for visitors to navigate through information. That’s why we’ve come up with a clear and responsive way to display the event schedule.<\/p>\n

The Scorer app will certainly be in the organization of many competitions, and we will write about it as the project evolves. You will have to wait for the next edition of the Zagreb Guitar Festival until next year, but you can check out the Zagreb Guitar Festival or Eurostrings platform websites. Scorer - moderan i brz sustav za glasanje<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nScorer je cloud i web bazirana platforma za glasovanje sa \u0161irokom primjenom na natjecanjima razli\u010ditih profila kojoj je svrha osigurati brzo i pouzdano bodovanje. Suci na raznim natjecanjima mogu koristiti ovu aplikaciju na svojim smartphoneima i tabletima te pomo\u0107u nje glasovati u stvarnom vremenu. Obrada rezultata je trenutna i ne zahtijeva dodatan rad i vrijeme bez obzira kako kompliciran sustav bodovanja bio.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nPri osmi\u0161ljavanju koncepta naglasak smo stavili na jednostavnost kori\u0161tenja, koja je s obzirom na razli\u010dite profile korisnika kojima je namijenjena nu\u017ena za funkcionalnost ovakve aplikacije. Korisni\u010dko su\u010delje je vizualno \u010disto i ugodno, a u aplikaciji je ovisno o specifi\u010dnim potrebama mogu\u0107e prikazati ocjene za razne faze natjecanja, podatke o natjecateljima, njihovom nastupu te mnoge dodatne zna\u010dajke.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nScorer je u trenutku nastanka ovog teksta u fazi pilot projekta, a na zadovoljstvo svih uklju\u010denih uspje\u0161no je testiran u natjecateljskom dijelu ovogodi\u0161njeg izdanja Zagreb Guitar Festivala, a nekoliko dana kasnije i na natjecanju u sportskom plesu. Nakon uspje\u0161ne premijere, slijedi faza daljnjeg usavr\u0161avanja aplikacije, s namjerom da dobije \u0161iroku komercijalnu primjenu u podru\u010dju glazbenih, ali i ostalih natjecanja.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n

Nastavak suradnje sa G.\u0160. Bonar i Zagreb Guitar Festivalom<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nOsim izrade aplikacije, suradnja sa Zagreb Guitar Festivalom nastavljena je i kroz nadogra\u0111ivanje slu\u017ebene web stranice za ovogodi\u0161nje izdanje festivala. Za Zagreb Guitar Festival i za me\u0111unarodnu platformu festivala klasi\u010dne gitare Eurostrings pro\u0161le smo godine kreirali vizualno atraktivne i moderne web stranice, a ove smo godine za ZGF kreirali i na\u010din prikazivanja rasporeda doga\u0111anja na stranici.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nU sklopu festivala odr\u017eavaju se natjecanja, radionice, koncerti, Eurostrings konferencija i popratna doga\u0111anja, zbog \u010dega se posjetiteljima bilo te\u0161ko orijentirati kroz veliku koli\u010dinu informacija. Zato smo izradili pregledan i responzivan na\u010din za prikaz rasporeda doga\u0111anja.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nAplikacija Scorer sigurno \u0107e se na\u0107i u pozadini organizacije mnogih natjecanja, a o njoj \u0107emo jo\u0161 pisati kako se projekt bude razvijao. Idu\u0107e izdanje Zagreb Guitar Festivala morat \u0107ete pri\u010dekati do sljede\u0107e godine, no zato odmah mo\u017eete pogledati web stranicu Zagreb Guitar Festivala ili platforme Eurostrings.
