The Institute for Tourism is the only scientific public institute in Croatia specializing in tourism research and consulting, and with this conference the Institute celebrates its 60th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Emphasis on Functionality and Simplicity of Usage\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The conference website is functional and informative, dominated by the views of beautiful Dubrovnik, the conference host city. The site clearly provides information to visitors, and through the site registration of participants and submission of presentation materials are possible.<\/p>\n<p>Having multiple options when signing up and paying a registration fee can be confusing for users, so we simplified navigation as much as possible by placing a clear and attractive timeline on the cover that tracks important dates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Branding and Challenges of Creating Visual Identity<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Besides website, we have also been working on branding for the conference, and a designed visual identity is present throughout the website. Institut za turizam jedini je znanstveni javni institut u Hrvatskoj specijaliziran za istra\u017eivanje i konzalting u turizmu, a ovom konferencijom Institut slavi 60 godina postojanja.\r\n\r\nNaglasak na funkcionalnosti i jednostavnom kori\u0161tenju\r\nWeb stranica konferencije funkcionalna je i informativna, a njom dominiraju vizure prekrasnog Dubrovnika, grada doma\u0107ina konferencije. Stranica pregledno pru\u017ea informacije posjetiteljima, a putem stranice mogu\u0107a je registracija sudionika, te slanje materijala za izlaganje.\r\nPostojanje vi\u0161e opcija prilikom prijave i pla\u0107anja kotizacije mo\u017ee biti zbunjuju\u0107e za korisnike, pa smo navigaciju maksimalno pojednostavili postaviv\u0161i na naslovnicu preglednu i atraktivnu vremensku liniju koja prati va\u017ene datume.\r\n\r\nBranding i izazov izrade vizualnog identiteta\r\nOsim web stranice, radili smo i na brandingu konferencije, a osmi\u0161ljeni vizualni identitet prisutan je na cijeloj web stranici. Izrada vizualnog identiteta uvijek je izazovan i zanimljiv zadatak, jer je za nju potrebno razmi\u0161ljanje o vi\u0161e faktora, kao \u0161to su estetika, korisni\u010dko iskustvo i mogu\u0107nost kori\u0161tenja vizuala u razli\u010ditim formatima, od web stranice pa sve do promo materijala.\r\n\r\nProjekt brandinga i izrade web stranice realiziran je na obostrano zadovoljstvo, a klju\u010dnim za izvedbu smatramo razumijevanje klijenta i njegovih potreba, stvoreno otvorenom komunikacijom.
