Account Executive (Client Care Liaison) - 2 roles one based in Brooklyn/Queens, NY- the other Suffolk County, Long Island, NY
A healthcare company is seeking an experienced Account Executive (Client Care Liaison) to lead sales and relationship management efforts across the above mentioned area. The role focuses on building strong referral networks with professionals such as directors, social workers, and care managers in healthcare settings like sub-acute rehabs, assisted/independent living communities, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive client acquisition and satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between referral sources, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and manage a robust book of business through consultative sales, strategic outreach, and follow-up.
Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities.
Respond to prospective inquiries, conduct client assessments, and support ongoing client needs.
Track sales activity, manage accounts using platforms like HubSpot, and support billing coordination with finance.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory and provide occasional after-hours support.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or related settings.
Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Suite, video conferencing, and social media.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 90% of the time in the field.
