Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Location: On-site in Miami, FL (33155)
  • Competitive Salary:

$50,000 – $60,000 annually (commensurate with your experience and skills)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) prepared by our dedicated bookkeeping team, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with our bookkeeping team by pinpointing and rectifying bookkeeping discrepancies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accuracy.
  • Generating insightful and ad hoc financial reports to empower our clients and inform internal management decisions.
  • Contributing to our bookkeeping processes by accurately entering invoices, bills, checks, and deposits into QuickBooks, as needed.
  • Managing payroll efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely compensation for our clients' employees.
  • Calculating and diligently filing sales tax returns in compliance with regulations.
  • Contributing your skills to occasional bookkeeping projects, offering opportunities for diverse experience.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven bookkeeping experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), showcasing your technical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of 55+ words per minute.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred, enabling effective communication with our diverse clientele.
