Administrative Assistant, Aerospace & Defense

Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support junior bankers with travel coordination, expenses management, and general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Process expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with the firm policies.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with other assistants and support staff to ensure seamless team operations.

Required Background/Skills:

  • 2 plus years of administrative experience, preferably in Investment Banking or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Additional Information

  • Hours are from 8am-5pm.
  • This role will operate out of our Charlotte, NC office.

The Salary Range for this role is $65,000-$80,000
