Salary: $40,000-$50,000

Our client is looking for an organized and personable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are looking for an Assistant Administrator to join our team in New Hyde Park, NY ! This role is perfect for someone who can multitask efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and support our property management team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from tenants, applicants, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle correspondence, copying, scanning, and filing.
• Assist two property managers with various administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and proactively.
• Learn and utilize property management software ( Onesite & Yardi Breeze ).
• Utilize basic Microsoft Office skills for daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Willingness to learn new software ( Onesite & Yardi Breeze training provided).
