We are offering an exciting opportunity in Dallas, Texas for an Assistant Property Manager. This role involves supporting property management operations, overseeing rental collections, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring excellent communication with tenants and owners.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily property management operations, including administrative tasks and tenant relations
• Oversee the processing of tenant move-ins/move-outs, defaults, and billings
• Coordinate property inspections and manage maintenance work orders
• Supervise vendor contracts, insurance compliance, and service providers
• Handle rental collections and generate reports on delinquency
• Maintain accurate tenant records, building manuals, and utility tracking
• Use Yardi for invoice coding, verification, and approvals
• Prepare operating budgets and assist with expense reconciliation letters
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and owners through excellent communication.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within Commerical Real Estate and Commercial Property
Management
• Proficiency in using Yardi software
• Prior experience in managing Rental Properties
• Knowledge of Tenant Leases and Vendor Contracts
• Superior Customer Service skills
