We are looking for help in creating our digital marketing strategy and execution, focused on driving national growth across all sales channels, with a primary emphasis on social media, content, and performance marketing. 

• Drive topline revenue through digital marketing
• Develop and execute B2B strategies across digital platforms
• Manage social media (organic + paid), including content, scheduling, and analytics
• Design and send newsletters and email campaigns
• Use Apollo and ZoomInfo for lead generation
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics and related tools
• Collaborate with the core team on brand storytelling and campaigns

• Experience in B2B digital marketing (apparel/outdoor industry a plus)
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Comfortable running email, social, SEO, and paid campaigns
• Passion for the outdoors
• Independent and collaborative mindset in a startup setting



• Familiarity with tools like:
• Shopify
• Google Analytics
• Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Klaviyo and major social platforms
• Landing page best practices
