Position Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing revenue-raising strategies. Your goal will be to expand our client base, enhance our market presence, and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
· Analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform business development strategies.
2. Lead Generation:
· Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with your new and existing clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
4. Sales Strategy Development:
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
· Create tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs and objectives.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
· Ensure successful closure of sales opportunities and follow up on client satisfaction.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with internal teams, including creative, account management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
· Communicate client expectations and project requirements to relevant teams.
7. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
· Prepare regular reports and presentations on progress and outcomes for senior management.
8. Networking and Relationship Building:
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the agency and build professional connections.
· Engage with key industry stakeholders to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the marketing and advertising industry.
· Strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts and trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
