What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing a variety of carpentry duties including framing, drywall, finish work, and trim carpentry.
• Collaborating with superintendents on large projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Taking ownership of smaller jobs—handling them from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and installation specs.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Helping lead junior team members as needed and supporting a positive team culture.
• Continually learning and researching new techniques and products to improve your skill set.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial carpentry experience (trim carpentry a plus).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation—must be flexible to move between sites.
• Ability to pass a government background check and drug screening.
• Dependable and punctual (7:00 AM start time).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to take direction, learn new skills, and grow within the company.
• Open to candidates with up to a 1-hour commute to Knoxville.
