Estimator / PM – Red Hook, Brooklyn |$165K – $185K + Bonus
Finding people who’ve actually bid and built public work is rare. We know we’ll likely have to pay above market to get the right person, and we’re fine with that.
We're not hung up on arbitrary years of experience. (That said, if you're fresh out of school and expecting $200K, probably not the one.) What matters: you've worked on SCA, MTA, DASNY, DDC, ideally projects up to $80M. You know how to bid, build, and deal with the realities of public sector work.
