Customer Support Representative – Contract Opportunity Recent Grads are more than welcome!! &##128205; Location: South Jordan, UT &##128197; Duration: 6-12 month contract &##128178; Pay: $21/hour Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Customer Support Representative with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm. Ideal Candidate: ✔ Recent grad with a Bachelor’s in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related) preferred. ✔ Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred. ✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills . ✔ Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria: • College Degree • Previous contact center experience What You’ll Do: • Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts. • Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency , consistently meeting key department performance metrics. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions .
