CNC Machinist III (Aerospace & Defense)

📍 Near Sacramento, CA | 💰 $30/hr. - $45/hr. base + quarterly bonus

✅ Key Responsibilities & Must-Have Experience

• Independently operate and program advanced CNC machinery, including true 5-axis and mill/lathe machines
• Design and develop custom fixtures to optimize production efficiency
• Interpret and execute complex blueprints and specifications
• Collaborate closely with project managers on scheduling, budgeting, and project planning
• Provide mentorship and training to less-experienced machinists to enhance team capabilities
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained throughout the machining process

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• 3–7 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and programming
• Expertise in 2D/3D programming and multi-axis machining
• Strong knowledge of mill/lathe operations and complex fixturing techniques
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 or comparable CAM software
• High attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee)

🎁 Compensation & Benefits

• Wage Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, (8-hour shifts) with available overtime
