Value Net Lease Partners is Seeking Motivated Individuals to Join Our Fast-Growing Commercial Real Estate Team!

We are a new, young, dynamic commercial real estate brokerage group located in Orange County. We recently left one of the largest CRE companies in the country to start this agency and bring a fresh perspective to the market. We specialize in single tenant net lease investments and are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

We are pursuing highly dynamic, analytical, and motivated candidates who are eager to learn, work hard and grow with our company. As a licensed real estate agent, you will be involved in business development, market and data research, client support and management, and transaction oversight. We offer fast track extensive sales and real estate training throughout.

This is a full-time, commission-only position located in Irvine, California, with the potential to earn a high 6 to 7 figure income for the right candidates who dream big and work hard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of proprietary dataset of owners & investors
• Lead generation for prospecting purposes
• Researching property and client information; building account files
• Prospecting and fostering cold leads
• Financial analysis and presentation for income-producing properties
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and listing management
• Market analysis and research related to competitive properties and real estate trends
• Coordinating the sale process through collaboration with management
• Willingness to learn new skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• California Real Estate Salesperson license required or in process of acquiring
• Must demonstrate a high level of commitment or experience of more than 2 years
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Critical thinking skills
• Competitive nature with the ability to innovate and operate independently
