Job Summary:

We are seeking talented and experienced Cut and Shave Artists (Cosmetologists and Barbers) with at least 4 years of experience to join our growing team in the Sacramento region. You will provide a range of professional hair and grooming services in our unique and upscale men's lounge. This role offers excellent earning potential and opportunities for advancement into Senior, Management, and Regional positions for dedicated and skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring, styling, and hair treatments to clients.
• Perform expert beard trims and traditional straight razor shaves (preferred).
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Recommend and sell retail hair care products to clients.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling, inventory, and client management.

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Cosmetologist or Barber.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques.
• Experience with hair coloring and treatments.
• Proficiency in beard trimming and straight razor shaving is highly desirable.
• Strong commitment to sanitation and client safety.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• A dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
