Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid at Seattle, WA 98103
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2
Position Summary
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact digital campaigns that elevate the University brand and drive adoption of our training and certification products. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to establish best-in-class digital experiences that connect with learners and customers across all segments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute online marketing strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams, targeting key customer segments with tailored messaging.
Build and maintain a strong digital presence in Success Communities and learning platforms to increase awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with Creative Services, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Curriculum Development to deliver world-class marketing programs.
Design targeted digital customer acquisition strategies for all training offerings.
Support promotional initiatives across online, direct, and channel sales.
Lead execution of digital demand generation activities including SEM, SEO, web optimization, and conversion strategies.
Coordinate company-hosted webinars, industry events, sponsorships, and integrated campaign programs.
Manage email marketing programs, newsletters, and retention campaigns.
Test, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition efforts (PPC, retargeting, syndication, etc.).
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
Provide ongoing campaign analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of digital marketing experience in the technology or SaaS sector.
Proven ability to think strategically while managing hands-on execution.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into engaging campaigns.
Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Proficiency in digital and social campaign management, performance measurement, and optimization.
Experience managing agencies and creative/tech vendors.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Radian6, Drupal, Eloqua, Omniture, Google Analytics, Tableau, Vimeo, or Vidyard.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience: 6+ years in online/digital marketing, ideally within the technology or software industry.
