Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Email Marketing Specialist for our client in the energy sector. This role is part of a growing team focused on customer retention, brand consistency, and sales enablement. You’ll collaborate across departments to create targeted marketing campaigns and improve the customer journey through data-driven insights and strategic content.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit compelling marketing copy for emails, websites, and internal communications.
• Design and manage email campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
• Develop content and collateral to support residential sales and customer acquisition.
• Gather customer feedback via surveys and relay findings to sales and product teams.
• Monitor customer lifecycle communications to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
• Track and report on ROI of all email and digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage and contribute to social media content calendars and community engagement.
• Promote services and products during campaigns and special events.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to enhance customer offerings.
• Partner with call center teams to provide sales tools and marketing support.
• Research industry and competitor trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communications or email marketing roles.
• Proficiency with email platforms and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and accuracy.
• Experience in social media marketing and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
