Job Description

Soliant continues to be a top-performing healthcare staffing brand supporting schools nationwide to fill a variety of education and healthcare roles. We are looking for self-motivated and passionate individuals to work as an Account Executive in our Greenville office. Our ideal applicants will possess strong sales, communication and organization skills. They should be enthusiastic about building strong relationships with their peers, as well as new and existing clients in order to meet and exceed metric goals of the position.

  • Identify education staffing needs in various settings through lead generation, prospecting, job posting, and outbound calls (cold-calling is a part of this).
  • Build and maintain relationships with your own clients, employees, and candidate pipeline.
  • Work with a mentor and management to hit revenue-based goals.
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales processes.
  • Negotiate terms in a staffing contract from beginning to end.
  • Build lasting relationships with internal colleagues, working together to meet our greater mission: "Make life better for those who make lives better".

Skills and Traits of the ideal candidate:

  • Experienced – 1-2 years sales experience is a bonus, but not required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. We are open to new graduates!
  • Comfortable working in a performance and metric-based sales environment – cold calling or call center experience is a plus!
  • Resilient – Able to handle and overcome objections.
  • Persuasive – Capable of adapting your strong interpersonal skills to each client and situation.
  • Personable – Able to create engaging interactions with customers, prospects, peers, and management.
  • A strong communicator – Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrates strong phone presence.
