Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support an amazing executive team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, and acting as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare documents for presentations.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Organize documents and maintain confidential files.
• Plan and execute company events and support special projects.
• Reconcile and manage executive expenses.
• Support ad-hoc projects, including research, data entry, and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
