Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, located in San Diego, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering comprehensive executive support. Additional daily tasks include effective communication and general administrative assistance.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with Expense Reports and Executive Support
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Business Apps, and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
