Executive Assistant

Direct Hire

Palo Alto, Ca – Hybrid

$90,000 – $100,000

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy, professional, and driven Executive Assistant to join their prestigious department.

As the EA you will be performing complex calendaring, travel arrangements, event coordination, and reporting. This is a highly visible role and requires candidates to have the ability to exercise good judgment with strong written and verbal communication. Responsibilities:

• Complex calendaring with competing priorities
• Coordinating travel arrangements with the best use of time and efficiency to minimize potential travel issues
• Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
• Creating expense reports
• Handle highly confidential information with an appropriate level of discretion
• Maintain effective and proactive communication with faculty, staff, and administrators as required
• Prepare and edit letters, memos, and other correspondence
• Organize and maintain the workings of the executive's office

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience providing Director-level support
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
