Job Description

Financial company is New York City is hiring an Executive Assistant/Office Manager.

This role is 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for C-suite
  • Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Lead Concur software management
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive workplace
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and maintenance issues
  • Support CFO in HR functions
  • Handle IT coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have strong experience using Concur
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
