Job Description

Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization to hire a "Facility Manager" near Boston, MA

The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, manage budgets, coordinate projects, and ensure lease compliance. This position requires someone with solid business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across a portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility operations, including vendor contracts, lease administration, and service coordination.
  • Develop, manage, and track budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee property improvement and renovation projects from planning to execution.
  • Ensure lease terms are adhered to and act as a liaison with tenants or internal departments.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure facilities are operating efficiently and in compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and construction.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on operational performance, expenses, and project progress.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in facility or property management (not maintenance or hands-on roles).
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, project management, and lease administration .
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems a plus.

Pay Rate Range: $35-$38/hr. on W2
