We’re seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our organization’s financial health through in-depth data analysis, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• .Generate and maintain dashboards and reports using performance indicators to guide strategic decision-making
• .Evaluate financial KPIs to support operational cost efficiency and workflow improvements
• .Partner with departments such as operations, supply chain, and QA to assess financial implications of business activities
• .Contribute to monthly reporting cycles by identifying and explaining key financial trends and deviations
• .Analyze and track capital spending, depreciation schedules, and lease agreements
• .Examine product costing, manufacturing variances, material usage, and scrap data to uncover opportunities for process refinement
• .Use ERP systems like NetSuite to build reports and support insights-driven decisions
• .Support inventory valuation and costing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting
• .Assist with initiatives related to financial systems upgrades and automation projects
• .Participate in ad hoc financial projects and assignments as directed by leadership

Required Competencie

• s:Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and multi-sheet functions); experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plu
