We’re looking for a wine-loving and motivated Fulfillment and Operations Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help manage our direct-to-consumer fulfillment process and serve as the customer service lead for our online and direct-to-consumer sales channels. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone interested in getting experience in the wine industry and who enjoys the pace and flexibility of working in a startup environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a timely manner
• Responding to customer inquiries and supporting customers with any issues related to their orders
• Organizing and maintaining our warehouse space
• Preparing and sending marketing and event materials to sales team members
• Monthly inventory checks on wine and other materials
• Supporting the Director of Sales Operations with incoming and outgoing wine deliveries. This includes preparing retail wine cases for shipment, reviewing Bill of Lading and shipping documentation, and interfacing with our various shipping partners
• Other tasks as assigned as necessary
• This position will interact directly with the COO and Director of Sales Operations

What you’ll need for the position:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills, a natural collaborator and teamplayer
• Natural self-starter, comfortable taking the lead with limited resources while still achieving strong results
• Great time management and ability to work with limited supervision
• Motivated and excited to provide an exceptional experience to each and every one of our customers
• Passion for canned wine!
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable source of transportation and insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• This role will be 10-15 hours per week and will be based on Treasure Island, near San Francisco, CA
• Days and times are flexible, but will be at the discretion of the CEO and COO

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
