A nationally recognized industrial and marine staffing provider is seeking a General Manager to lead branch operations in the Appleton, Wisconsin region. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving recruitment performance, operational excellence, and business expansion in a strategically significant market.
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of branch operations, including recruitment, sales, and client engagement
• Develop and coach a high-performing team aligned to performance targets
• Oversee operational efficiency, service delivery, and team accountability
• Manage local P&L, reporting, and compliance initiatives
• Serve as the key point of contact for regional client relationships and workforce delivery

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
