Location: Queen Park Social – Charlotte, NC

Reports To: Director of Operations

Type: Full-Time | 50–55 Hours/Week | Nights & Weekends Required

The Role

As General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of daily operations. You'll oversee every aspect of the guest experience, team performance, and business health — ensuring our space is fun, fast-moving, and consistently delivering the high standards our guests expect.

What You’ll Do

Lead Operations

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach.
  • Ensure food and beverage are consistently served to brand standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting space that reflects pride in the venue.
  • Ensure all equipment is in excellent condition through routine inspection and maintenance.

Drive Performance

  • Manage store-level finances: labor, inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Achieve targets for sales, profitability, service metrics, and labor efficiency.
  • Schedule labor to meet business needs while controlling costs.

Build & Lead the Team

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff members.
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and coach for growth.
  • Enforce company policies with consistency and fairness.
  • Foster a positive, productive culture grounded in respect and accountability.

Own the Guest Experience

  • Be present and visible during peak hours, jumping in where needed.
  • Resolve guest concerns with urgency and empathy.
  • Set the tone for hospitality and ensure every team member is aligned.

Promote the Brand

  • Execute local marketing efforts and in-house promotions.
  • Be a brand ambassador in the community and within the space.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role.
  • A natural leader with strong organizational, financial, and people skills.
  • Passionate about guest service, hospitality, and team development.
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant compliance: health, safety, and labor laws.
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours) and work in a fast-paced environment.
