Role Description:
As a Regional Director for Homes.com, you will lead a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry. You lead a team of 10 salespeople responsible for developing and driving revenue by selling digital advertising and marketing solutions to new customers, growing existing customer revenues, and ensuring high levels of customer service. In your role as a manager, you will be accountable for coaching and developing your team members and ensuring that they are achieving their sales targets and goals.
