Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Merchandising to lead our product selection and sourcing initiatives. This role plays a key part in identifying and curating a compelling assortment of Korean and U.S. beauty brands, driving revenue growth, and managing end-to-end vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies, distribution plans, and brand partnerships across both K-beauty and U.S. beauty segments
• Identify emerging trends, assess competitive landscapes, and use insights to shape product strategy
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading Korean and U.S. beauty brands
• Oversee sourcing, pricing, and category planning to maximize sales performance and profitability
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to curate an innovative and relevant product mix
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns
• Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and coordinate supply chain logistics
• Mentor and guide the merchandising team to achieve business and team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management within the beauty industry
• Deep knowledge of both Korean and U.S. beauty markets and consumer preferences
• Proven success in vendor negotiations and global product sourcing
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a strong plus
