Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $37.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Onsite: Titusville, NJ

What’s a typical day as a HealthCare Policy & Advocacy Assistant You’ll be:

• Leading all PO and CRs submissions in Appian (SAGE) and eMP systems.
• Collaborate with team members to support contracting execution of business-critical projects and initiatives.
• Overall Supplier Management including creating new suppliers/IDs in systems, managing invoices, proof of service validation and meeting timelines for contract renewals and approvals.
• Partner with Finance to ensure financial accuracy for all transactions, budget transfers and accruals. (i.e. Cost Centers, internal orders)
• Initiate Totality (as applicable) transactions and manage closure of record for suppliers
• Play leadership role in Appian including organizational training and recommendations for future enhancements/process improvements.
• Work independently and cross functionally (i.e. Procurement, HCC) to work through any questions/roadblocks in PO, CR or Totality processes.
• Drive the evolution of processes, systems, and operating models to strengthen organizational capabilities and improve organizational performance.
