Job Description

Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking for an HRBP to join their team! This role supports the Director of Human Resources for Global Support Functions and the Global Center of Excellence by providing comprehensive HR support focused on recruitment, employment, total rewards, and related HR programs.

Position: HR Business Partner

Location: On Site, Pima County, AZ

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Term: 6+ month contract (potential to convert to full-time)

Pay: $50/hr. - $60/ hr. DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating talent review processes and support development plan execution aligned with local and global frameworks.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to organizational structure design.
  • Analyze employee survey results and help develop and implement action plans.
  • Facilitate annual engagement survey processes.
  • Support structural changes and promote inclusion and diversity initiatives.
  • Maintain strong communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Handle HR administration tasks efficiently and support people management activities.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Utilize HR software and tools effectively, with experience in Oracle HCM considered a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of HR experience supporting large commercial or manufacturing organizations.
  • SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong foundation in HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
