Insurance Sales Assistant (Part-Time / Daytime Position)

I’m expanding my internet health and life insurance business, and currently searching for a detail oriented and personable insurance sales assistant to keep me organized! Your main responsibility will be making phone calls, taking phone calls, checking emails, and scheduling appointments. Insurance Sales Assistant Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails from clients promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to current clients, potential clients, and insurance broker partners for referral exchange program.
• Schedule appointments and events
• Complete administrative tasks to help keep office run smoothly.
• Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available.
• Purchase office supplies as needed and schedule maintenance for office equipment repairs, if needed
• Complete other projects as needed.

Insurance Sales Assistant Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ work experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient data entry skills
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Excel and standard word- processing programs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
