IT Project Manager | Hybrid | Atlanta, GA | $90,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Oversight: Motivate project teams, keep initiatives on track, and step in when needed to drive project success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with leadership, task owners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Project Planning: Develop project roadmaps and track progress using Jira .
• Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, including requirements, charters, and regular progress reports.
• Process & Compliance: Contribute to PMO development and ensure adherence to project management standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and/or 6+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving, uncertain situations while maintaining focus.
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding communication skills , with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive project success .
• Strong leadership presence , instilling confidence and trust within teams.

Preferred:

• Expertise in Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Background in marketing or business process re-engineering .
• CAPM or PMP certifications .
• Previous experience in legal technology .
• Experience in training and mentoring teams.
