Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Data Management & Quantitative Analysis team. This role focuses on securities pricing and portfolio valuation within a fast-paced, deadline-driven middle office environment. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Support securities pricing using third-party vendors (Bloomberg, ICE, Reuters) for client portfolio valuation.
• Monitor, validate, and resolve pricing data exceptions using Eagle, MS Excel, and MS Teams.
• Manage and maintain access to moderately complex data sources and vendor file deliveries.
• Perform basic data analysis and calculations to support senior team members and downstream internal clients (accounting, performance, derivatives).
• Prepare initial drafts of reports based on findings and assist in the creation of market data summaries.
• Address client inquiries and draft responses related to pricing discrepancies or delivery issues.
• Support onboarding of new clients by monitoring dashboards and ensuring seamless vendor file integration.

🛠 Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in financial services or data management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP required).
• Familiarity with Eagle accounting platform is a plus.
• SQL/querying experience is a plus.
• Understanding of financial instruments (e.g., stocks, bonds).
