Pay: $50,000 - $57,000

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:

The Junior Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and providing high-level administrative assistance. This individual will act as a strategic partner to executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars and coordinating logistics
  • Arrange and oversee complex scheduling for meetings, conferences, and travel plans
  • Prepare meeting agendas, gather materials, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
  • Draft professional correspondence, including thank-you notes and stakeholder communications
  • Research and coordinate venues for executive events, dinners, and meetings
  • Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, including event planning and business development support
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar management tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
