Amazing Spaces is an award-winning boutique residential interior design firm specializing in high-end kitchen and bathrooms. We are located in Greenwich CT and focus on projects in Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
We are looking for a Junior Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our team. As a small firm team member, you will enjoy significant responsibilities quickly by diving right into current projects. We are a close-knit group offering a fun and stimulating work environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
· Work directly with the owner and design team to execute the project vision
· Create drawings and project documents using AutoCAD
· Job cost estimating related to the pricing and ordering of custom cabinetry
· Create mood boards
· Research and source materials
· Assist in taking field measurements
· Client and contractor relations as necessary
· Coordination of material deliveries
· Project management
· Maintain lead database
· General office administration such as answering the phone, maintaining project files, scanning, invoice preparation, etc.
· Must be able to multi-task
· Attention to detail is critical
Qualifications
· Interior Design degree/background
· Fluid, practical AutoCAD experience (1+ years)
· Fluid with SketchUp
· Fluid with Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Ability to work independently and with others
