We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and objectives .
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets .
• Identify risks, challenges, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication .
• Use project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project) for tracking progress.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field .
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies .
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
