Job Description

LHH Recruitment in partnership with a firm in Boston is seeking an Insurance Defense Legal Assistant/Secretary. This role is fully onsite and it is a full-time permanent role with a great firm!

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to lawyer
  • Handle communication with clients
  • Assist with scheduling and calendaring
  • Prepare documents for e-filing
  • Assist with sorting and organizing mail
  • File Management
  • Coordinate Travel Arrangements
  • Any other administrative duties of the firm

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary experience
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
  • Ability to work onsite full time
