LPN – Disability Care Support Nurse
Description:
As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care for individuals with disabilities in a residential care setting. You will assist with medication administration, daily health assessments, and ensure that all care is provided according to the individual care plans. Collaboration with the healthcare team is vital to ensure quality care for all residents.
Mandatory Skills:
• LPN license required
• Experience with disability care or healthcare management
• Ability to administer medications and monitor health conditions
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
