At Angora, we partner with brands to launch, manage, and scale high-performing Amazon businesses. With over 100 successful brand launches, we’ve built a reputation for creative execution, operational excellence, and a track record of results. Now, we’re looking to turn that same attention inward, and we’re hiring a Marketing & Ads Manager to help us drive traffic, awareness, and leads for Angora itself as we scale.

About the Role:

We’re hiring a growth-focused, strategic, and hands-on Marketing & Ads Manager to lead and execute initiatives that bring qualified traffic to Angora through a variety of channels. This role will own our paid media strategy, organic visibility, lead funnel development, and outbound marketing systems. You will work closely with leadership to position Angora as the top ecommerce growth partner in the Amazon ecosystem and build the pipeline to prove it.

This is a key role for someone who can combine high-level strategy with strong execution, and who is passionate about building a brand that is both credible and scalable in the ecommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Generation & Funnel Ownership

  • Build and manage multi-channel lead funnels (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive high-quality inbound traffic.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
  • Set, manage, and scale ad budgets with a clear ROI-first approach.
  • Design and execute paid media campaigns that tell Angora’s story and attract prospective clients.

Content & Brand Awareness

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content across platforms: case studies, ad creatives, short-form video, email sequences, etc.
  • Help grow Angora’s authority via strategic partnerships, social media, and earned media (e.g. PR, influencer features).
  • Drive SEO and organic visibility strategies that complement paid efforts.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage contractors and/or agency partners (creative, copywriting, ad ops, etc.) to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative and client success teams to align messaging and campaign timing.
  • Work directly with the CEO and other relevant leadership on high-level brand positioning and growth targets.

Data & Optimization

  • Own performance metrics across all marketing and ad channels.
  • Analyze and report on funnel data, ad performance, and campaign effectiveness weekly.
  • Test and iterate new offers, funnels, and messaging for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or demand generation—preferably in ecommerce or agency settings.
  • Proven track record running ads and campaigns that drive real, qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with Amazon or DTC ecommerce is a major plus.
  • Experience managing creative teams or contractors for campaign execution.
  • Analytical, curious, and always testing.

70k Base
