• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury real estate transactions.
• Conduct market research and provide clients with data-driven insights.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow up, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and execute personalized marketing strategies for listings.
• Collaborate with travel and hospitality partners to expand global exposure.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

• Active Florida Real Estate License.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate (luxury experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics is a plus.
