Now Hiring: Part-time Legal Assistant (Full-Time / Growth Potential)

We’re hiring a  Legal Assistant to join our team in a part-time role (with the potential to grow into a full-time position). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and thrives in a small, professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with client intake, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Managing case files and document organization (both digital and physical)
• Drafting and proofreading letters, forms, and basic legal documents
• Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
• Helping integrate and streamline technology systems (bonus points for this!)
• Occasionally greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in an estate planning, probate, or general law office is  a plus
• Tech-savvy or at least comfortable learning new systems (we're building a next-gen platform)
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a professional demeanor
• Self-starter mindset: You’re mature, reliable, and don’t wait around to be told what to do
• Ideally local to the Fort Worth / Aledo area (position would include some remote flexibility)
