Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst with experience in processing union and non-union payroll for the US and Canada. In this role, you will utilize UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for union and non-union employees in the US and Canada.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations.
• Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related inquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits as required.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and union agreements in both regions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with UKG payroll software.
• Knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations, including union agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
