Job Overview

We’re looking for a visionary Principal Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics to lead the next evolution of intelligence at Mailchimp. This role is critical to executing our strategy of delivering agentic, embedded, and predictive analytics—intelligence that doesn’t just tell you what happened, but what to do next.You will define and deliver an analytics ecosystem that is personalized to every user, embedded across all surfaces, and tightly aligned to our customers’ jobs-to-be-done (JTBD). You will partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to transform analytics from static dashboards into a proactive, personalized engine of business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for omnichannel, AI-powered reporting and analytics—embedding intelligence across the Mailchimp platform.
• Lead the creation of an agentic AI layer that plans, runs, and synthesizes campaigns with predictive insights and auto-generated summaries.
• Develop advanced analytics capabilities including funnel diagnostics, RFM/cohort modeling, churn prediction, segment analysis, and multi-touch attribution.
• Operationalize and scale Insights-as-a-Service, enabling plug-and-play APIs for other Mailchimp AI agents and products to leverage contextual intelligence.
• Build and scale experimentation and testing frameworks to drive continuous optimization and innovation through data-backed decisions.
• Influence at all levels of the organization using metrics, storytelling, and strategic foresight—bringing clarity and focus to our analytics roadmap.
• Coach and mentor product managers, driving product excellence and thought leadership across the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 0-to-1 product launches and platform leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in analytics, data platforms, and AI/ML-powered experiences
• Deep understanding of marketing technologies, campaign performance metrics, and growth levers across the customer journey
• Experience driving experimentation programs, A/B testing frameworks, and hypothesis-led development
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills
• Track record of mentoring and scaling high-performing product teams.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $236,000 - $319,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
