Project: Document Management Migration (Commercial Banking)

Overview:

We are seeking a Contract Product Owner to support the upcoming migration to a new document management platform within the Commercial Banking space. This role begins in June and plays a critical part in coordinating business readiness post-requirements gathering.

Role Summary:

The selected candidate will join the broader Product Owner team overseeing document management platforms, taking ownership of all aspects tied to the Commercial Banking line of business. While reporting into the product function within the Corporate & Investment Banking operations team, this individual will primarily engage with Commercial Banking stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison across 10+ business groups, ensuring effective communication during the migration effort.
• Facilitate and lead weekly coordination calls, managing updates, identifying blockers, and escalating issues where needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inter-team communication – translating status updates, addressing delays, and ensuring readiness across units.
• Perform routine tasks in Excel, including data tracking and content management-related activities.
• Create and maintain basic system content to support onboarding and migration activities.
• Maintain strong organizational practices to manage timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
