JOB DESCRIPTION:

Theoris is searching for an AI Product Owner to lead the integration of artificial intelligence into our client’s product suite. We need someone with practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to bridge the gap between business needs, technological capabilities, and market opportunities, acting as a key driver in our AI strategy. This role extends beyond traditional product management by identifying, developing, and scaling AI-driven solutions that will transform customer experiences and internal processes.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build great products and ensure effective go-to-market strategies (Marketing experience a plus).
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to prioritize AI use cases that drive business growth, optimize internal processes, or enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Develop and communicate a clear AI product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Define product requirements, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy and AI initiatives.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing AI-related features that provide the highest business value.
  • Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and developers to deliver AI-powered features from concept to launch.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft go-to-market strategies for AI products, ensuring market positioning, messaging, and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams implementing AI use cases, ensuring smooth integration and usability across platforms.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of AI features, ensuring they deliver expected business outcomes and user value.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on AI features and ensure they remain relevant and impactful.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technology and continuously evaluate potential applications for your product.
  • Provide leadership and expertise on the intersection of AI, product development, and marketing to drive successful AI adoption and commercialization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with a focus on technology products.
  • Deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, with experience in identifying AI use cases and implementing AI-powered solutions.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of product development life cycles, including agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with analytics, data-driven decision-making, and AI performance evaluation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in AI or data science is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working on AI-powered products, data platforms, or tools.
  • Previous experience working in B2B or B2C SaaS environments.
