Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of a mixed use campus consisting of office and retail properties
• Perform routine inspections to identify and prevent issues
• Act as liaison between tenants and maintenance to resolve issues and perform repairs in a timely manner
• Conduct competitive bidding for service contracts and other required services
• Assist tenants with move in and move out procedures
• Monitor lease expirations and coordinate with the leasing team to optimize tenant retention
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Provide sales tracking for retail tenants
• Assist with the annual budget and periodic financial reporting
• Interface extensively with tenants and coordinate property events

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate property management
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing retail and office properties
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast paced environment
• Possess strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi
