Role Description

This job is an independent contractor role for a real estate sales agent. The hybrid role is located in Palm Springs, CA, but work-from-home flexibility is acceptable. The real estate sales agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, generating and following up on leads, conducting property tours, and negotiating deals. The agent will also be required to stay updated with market trends and conditions. We provide an aggressive leads program and offer leads to our new agents to jumpstart their careers.

This is a commission-only independent contractor position. Many of our agents have made over $100,000 in their first year, but compensation is up to you, your abilities, and how hard you work at real estate.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Sales and Real Estate skills
• Valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with Palm Springs, CA real estate market is a plus
• Marketing experience
