General Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Executive Assistant to manage front-desk operations and provide high-level support to executives. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle a range of administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Position duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Inventory and ordering of break room supplies and office supplies
  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Manage the front desk, including receiving packages and handling mail.
  • Assist executives with travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and handling expenses.
  • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Experience : 2+ years in a receptionist, executive assistant, or administrative role.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience answering phones
  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years (required)
  • Professional appearance and solid worth ethic
  • Proficient in MS office which includes Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
